Summer, sunset, leisurely Aperol Spritz in hand. This classic Italian cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy a warm evening. The Aperol Spritz is refreshing and easy to make, with just a few ingredients that is also ultra-customizable - you can swap out the Prosecco for another sparkling wine, or add a splash of soda water if you like. Add a spash of the qarbo˚syrup citrus for an extra citrus kick.
- 400 ml White Wine (Sparkling Wine or Prosecco works too)
- 280 ml Aperol
- 120 ml Water
- Orange slice
- Add all ingredients to your qarbo, add water.
- Give it a quick shake.
- qarbonate to your desired fizz level.
- Pour over ice.
- Add garnish.
Mocktail tip: Substitute White Wine with 80 ml Apple Cider Vinegar and 320 ml White Grape Juice.
