Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Glazed Carrots
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and carrots and cook until carrots are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain the carrots and add 1 Tbsp. butter to hot pan after removing water. Add carrots back and drench them with Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette. Cook until a glaze coats the carrots, approximately 5-10 minutes. Enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish.
