This pizza ROCKS and just happens to be low-carb and keto-friendly. SCORE! Our friend @megan71586 created this delish recipe and we are proud to share with our fans!
Ingredients
2 Cut Da Carb Pizza Crust/Flatbread
- 1/4c Shredded Cheddar Cheese Blend
- 1/4c shredded mozzarella
- chopped sausage balls
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Pesto Aioli Squeeze
- chopped banana peppers
- Yo Mama's Marinara
Directions
- Take one CutDaCarb Flatbread and place it on a wire rack over a cookie sheet. Add the 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and bake in the over for 3/5 min, just until cheese melts. Lay the second CutDaCarb flatbread on top of the melted cheese. Start adding your desired toppings on top. We like
- pepperoni, sausage, banana pepper, and mozzarella cheese. It is important to add the Yo Mama's Marinara after the toppings so the flatbread remains crispy. Place pizza back in over for about 5 minutes, or until mozzarella cheese is melted and the flatbread gets crispier. Finally, drizzle our Pesto Aioli on top and enjoy delicious, guilt free pizza!
