Key Lime Refrigerator Pie

Ingredients
- 2 jars Terrapin Ridge Farms Key Lime jelly
- 2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 9 in. prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 12 oz. container of whipped topping
- Zest of 1 lime
- Lime slices optional for garnish
Directions
- Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of the pie crust. Pour both jars of Terrapin Ridge Farms Key Lime Jelly over the sweetened cream cheese and smooth. Top with whipped topping. Grate lime zest over the top and garnish with lime slices. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 8. Enjoy!
