Slytherin Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- For the Slytherin Gin Infusion:
- 1 ounce tarragon
- 2 cups green rhubarb lightly chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups gin
- For the Cocktail:
- 1 large ice cube
- 2 ounce Slytherin Gin
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces lime flavored soda water
- Lime peel
Directions
For the Slytherin Gin Infusion:
In a large pickling jar add all of the ingredients, close and give it a good shake. Shake container a couple of times a week. Let the gin sit for 3 weeks and strain through cheese cloth and then through coffee filter.�
The liquor will look a darker green color but once in a cocktail it should be the color of Chartreuse. If the color is not as bright of green as desired add a drop of green food coloring.�
For the Cocktail:Add one large ice cube to a rocks glass.�
Pour in gin, lime juice and soda. Give it one stir and garnish with lime peel.�
